Today Arcadia helps you find the one place on earth that fits your life. Here is what we are working on next: making it easier to actually move there, and to do it with other people if you want to. In plain words, no jargon.
Right now you answer a few questions and we hand you a shortlist. Soon you will be able to open the whole map and look around on your own: filter by weather, budget, safety, whatever matters to you, and see every place that fits. No quiz needed. We are opening this as an early version to try.
Finding the place is the easy part. Actually moving is where people get stuck. We are building a short, trusted list of people who can help with each destination: visa and residency experts, movers, health insurance, and setting up a bank account. So the step from "this looks perfect" to "here is how I do it" is simple.
Moving somewhere new is easier and cheaper with company. We want to help you find other people who are drawn to the same area around the same time, so you can compare notes, split costs, or even go in together on a piece of land.
Photos online never tell the whole story. Before you make the leap, you will be able to ask a trusted local to visit the places on your shortlist and send back real photos, videos and honest answers to your questions. If you want more, we can help put together a full moving plan built around your result.
