Can you live unwatched in Moscow?
Surveillance, facial recognition and crypto rules read here for the city itself, not the national average.
The privacy scorecard
The six marked ° below are read for Moscow itself. The rest are set by Russia’s national law, the same across every city in the country.
Childhood vaccines: recommended, never required
Russia writes the right to refuse into the law, and the right to exclude during an epidemic right next to it.
If you skip them: Nothing routine. During an outbreak an unvaccinated child can be kept out of school or nursery.
Exemptions: A written refusal is a right under federal law 157-FZ.
