Childhood vaccines: required to enrol at school

Macau runs its own programme, separate from the mainland, and asks for the record at registration rather than compelling anyone.

If you skip them: A vaccination record is asked for when a student registers, university included.

Exemptions: Medical, and in practice a parental objection.
